ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000 after spending years as a manufacturer’s rep selling building materials — a company I owned and eventually sold before being referred to State Farm by a lifelong friend. I’m a proud Ithaca College graduate with two daughters, and when I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me fly fishing, camping, or doing anything that gets me outdoors. Giving back to the community is important to me, and I enjoy supporting local police initiatives and children in need.
Our team includes five dedicated members, and I make it a priority to create a supportive, balanced work environment. I buy lunch for the team at least twice a week, often bring in coffee, and provide health benefits, strong work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tom Lewis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
